Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are prepared within (10 days) after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Domestic orders arrive within (14 days). International orders may take (45 days), depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout.
Delays: Woocu Design is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.
Return Policy
If there’s any damage that was caused due to the shipping, it should be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date. We need 3 photos/1 Video stating the issue clearly to be sent on our Facebook, Instagram, or e-mail
In case of Change of mind;
On Demand items are not eligible for Change of mind.
On Demand items are not eligible for change of mind return.
In-stock items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, secured in the original packaging and the product is in its original condition.
How long will my refund take?
